GoCab provides a platform to connect users with independent drivers. We do not own vehicles or employ drivers directly.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Not misuse the platform
• Treat drivers respectfully
• Pay all applicable charges

4. Booking & Payments

• Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and demand
• Payments are processed via third-party gateways
• You agree to pay all charges incurred

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation charges may apply
• Refunds (if any) will be processed as per policy

6. Prohibited Activities

You must not:

• Use the app for illegal activities
• Provide false booking details
• Harass drivers or misuse services

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoCab is not liable for:

• Delays due to traffic or weather
• Driver behavior (drivers are independent)
• Loss or damage during rides

9. User Agreement (Legal Contract)

This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you and GoCab, including:

• Payment obligations
• Service usage rules
• Dispute handling

10. Dispute Resolution
